Terms of Service
Effective October 14, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and OmifTech, based in Texas, USA (we, us), for your use of Lusich. By creating an account or using Lusich you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
What Lusich is
Lusich is an AI assistant that, through its Chrome extension, fills in forms and completes tasks on web pages at your request. It shows you its plan and waits for your approval before it acts. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any film, game or publisher.
AI can make mistakes. Lusich may misread a page, misunderstand an instruction, or take an action you did not intend. You are responsible for reviewing its plan and what it does, and for deciding whether to approve it.
Your account
Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Plan and billing
- The plan is billed monthly in advance through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout.
- Your subscription renews each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the Account page in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- If we change prices we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
Allowances
The plan includes daily and monthly allowances for browser tasks. When you reach an allowance, tasks pause until it resets. We may adjust allowances to keep the service sustainable.
Browser actions
Lusich asks for your approval before it acts on a website, and before risky actions. It will refuse certain actions altogether, such as payments and entering passwords or card numbers. These safeguards reduce risk but cannot remove it. You use this feature at your own responsibility.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You must also follow the usage policies of our AI provider, Anthropic.
Third-party services
Lusich relies on services such as Anthropic, Stripe, Supabase and Vercel. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and an outage on their side may affect Lusich.
Your content
You keep ownership of the information you provide and the things you ask Lusich to do. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the service to you.
Ending your use
You may stop using Lusich at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put others or the service at risk, or if we stop offering the service.
No warranty
Lusich is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using Lusich after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. We will update the date above when terms change.
