Cancel your subscription

Sign in and open Account and billing. Choose Cancel subscription, or Manage billing to update your card and see your invoices. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Delete your account

Sign in, open Account and billing, and choose Delete my account. You can also email us from the address on your account and we will delete it.

Billing questions

If something looks wrong on a charge, email us with the date and amount and we will look into it.
