Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Lusich collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Lusich is run by OmifTech, based in Texas, USA. In this policy, we, us and our mean OmifTech.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and a password. Your password is stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider; we cannot see it.
- Browser tasks. When you ask Lusich to help on a web page using the Chrome extension, your instruction and the text and structure of that page, which can include information you have typed or that is shown on it, are sent to our servers and to our AI provider so that Lusich can plan and complete that task. This happens only on the tab you use it on, and only when you ask. Lusich shows you its plan and waits for your approval before it acts.
- Usage records. Counts of tasks per day, the AI model used and the size of each request. We use these to apply plan allowances and to run the service responsibly.
- Billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, its status and renewal date. We never see or store your card number.
- Cookies. We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To provide Lusich, keep your account secure, apply your plan, process payments, prevent abuse, and answer your support requests. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run Lusich, and only share what each one needs:
- Supabase, for accounts and our database.
- Vercel, for hosting.
- Anthropic, for the AI that plans and completes your tasks.
- Stripe, for payments.
Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people from harm or fraud.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account yourself from the Account page in the app, or email us at omiftech@gmail.com. After deletion we remove or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons, such as billing records.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including Texas, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. Email us and we will help.
Children
Lusich is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we make important changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
